Unfortunately, with bleach, it is not a stain - it is damage. You might be able to use dye to hide the damage, but I wouldn't count on it.
Don't even bother going to the e-how page. One is usually dumber after having read their advice. In this case it's particularly useless advice-- they suggest you try removing bleach stains with detergent!
Not only is the use of detergent an obvious thing to try, it's really useless in the case of bleach-- the problem is not that there's bleach on there, it's that the bleach has "bleached" the original color. Here's some BETTER advice:* brew up a cup of coffee-- use a paintbrush or sponge to sponge on the coffee over the bleached area, taking care to not get any on the surrounding area. Wait until the coffee dries and see how close the match is.
Repeat applying coffee until the color match is close enough. * Or: get a floor lamp. Sit the floor lamp over the stain.
If someone asks why you have a floor lamp in that unusual a location, tell them you paid $800 for a Feng-Shui analyst to find the optimum spot for that lamp with just the right 'energy".

Mild dishwashing liquid and 1 cup (8 fl oz/250 ml) warm water onto the stain, using a clean cloth or paper towel. Work from the stain's outside edge to the center.4Let the detergent sit for at least 5 minutes. 5Repeat blotting with a clean white cloth until no more of the bleach transfers to the cloth and the bleach smell is nearly gone.6Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
If none of the previous answers work bleach the whole carpet. Might not be much else to do with it unless you rearrange and cover the spot.
The only way to fix that is to dye the carpet, or plug the spot by using another piece of carpet, cutting out the stained area and inserting the new piece .
