How do I get housing assistance from the goverment since the county don't care about me?

You are not ENTITLED to housing assistance of any sort. If you fall on hard times, the local government MAY grant you some assistance, but by no means have you any legal right to get it. If you are capable of working for more money, I suggest that you consider this option, since you apparently are not sufficiently impressing the local government with your need.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
