Hmmm... Have him sit on the toilet numerous times a day. When he does his thing, reward him somehow. Play a game with him or say he did a good job.

When he does his thing at the wrong time or in the wrong place (for example, his pants...) tell him that's not okay and make him sit on the toilet until he does something again. He'll realize what the toilet is for and maybe he'll recognize it as a a place for where he does his thing. Best of luck!

It takes concistancy and patience. Take him to the bathroom on a potty chair to start off with unless he's comfortable sitting on the toilet. Take him about a half hour after he eats.. or do you know how soon after he eats when he uses his diaper, take him then.

I like a reward system, when my children would use the potty, I would give them a couple skittles or gummy fruits. Make sure you praise him either way.. clap your hands and tell him goood boy! They love praises.

Give him alot of water...then he may have to go...have him watch another person. Clap after he does it. Make it fun.
