Ammonia & water - and a wet vac! I know some people are afraid of the word ammonia but it hasnt been around for many many years for nothing....its cheap and won't hurt you or you fabric....it has a powerful odor at first but it will not stay and it will get rid of the smoke...where a mask if you cant handle the fumes...use equal parts of ammonia & hot water in a big bucket .( I have been known to add a little more ammonia then water just to be extra sure)..using a cup poor the mixture on all upholstry, rug section at a time , spray headliners with a clean spray bottle and anywhere odor is held...scrub scrub scrub ...then wet vac excess moisture - air out for the rest of day....it will do the trick - do it on a hot sunny day it will dry faster... ...good luck .

Kitty litter under the seats helps. Otherwise, I'd say to clean it really well and then spray with Febreeze.

Onions...chop up onions and leave inside car with windows closed for about five hours in the shade, should absorb odor.
