How do I hook up my dvd player and or vcr to an old tv and a zenith dtt901 converter box?

Prior to getting the converter box (which works great) I used a modulator because the tv does not have input (red/yellow/white) jacks on it. I don't want to record anything, I just want to be able to watch a dvd or video occasionally. The DTV answers website has ALL of the answers you're looking for: > Can I watch TV and record programs on my VCR at the same time?Yes. If you want to watch and record one program simultaneously, you will only need one converter box. However, if you want to watch one program and record a different channel at the same time, you will need two converter boxes.

Each TV set or TV recording device, such as a VCR, that does not have a digital tuner must be connected to a DTV converter box to continue receiving broadcast signals. Click here to learn how to hook up converter boxes with your VCR, DVR or DVD recorder for recording. ***************************************************Analog TVs and VCRs can receive digital television (DTV) broadcast signals by using a “Digital-to-Analog Converter Box” that can be purchased at retail stores.

If you use a single converter box and Set-Up #1, you can watch and record one channel at a time. If you use two converter boxes and Set-up #2, you can watch one channel while recording a different channel. Set-up #1: Watch and Record One Channel at a TimeSupplies: You will need your analog TV, analog VCR, the antenna you have been using (indoor or outdoor), and the coaxial wire that currently connects your antenna to your VCR (as pictured on the right).

Your new Converter box will come with a second coaxial wire and a remote control. Before you begin, you should unplug the power from your TV and VCR. 1 Wahoo! I figured it out. Well, I didn't really, but I called Best Buy's hotline and they told me what to do.

Hook everything (VCR, converter box, TV, antenna) up together except for the DVD player. When you want to watch a DVD, unhook the VCR from the TV. Hook the TV cable to the RF modulator and then to the DVD player. It's a hassle to have to change the cables in the back of the TV, but it's the only way to get it all to work.

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
