This is a personal favorite of mine that some of my friends and I like to use for a very great tasting honey mustard dressing! Creamy Honey Mustard Dressing Makes 3/4 cup 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup reduced fat (2%) Greek style yogurt 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper to taste Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. Transfer to a resealable jar and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Here is a salad cream recipe and a salad dressing recipe which I make at our house.it tastes great. Learn t from my grand mother. Ingredients --------------- 225gm fresh cream 5 to 6 tbsp salad oil 1 tsp mustard powder 3 tsp powdered sugar 1/2 tsp salt 3 tsps lemon juice 1/4 tsp pepper method: ---------- mix all the ingredients together.
Store in a refrigerator. This makes about 1 1/4 teacups. Below is a dressing recipe which is also made at home and is used instead of salad cream for variation.

Mayonnaise dressing: -------------------------------- Ingredients: ---------------- 150 ml salad oil 1 egg yolk 1/2 tsp mustard powder 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt juice of half lemon or 3 tsps white vinegar. Method: ---------- Put the yellow of the egg in a small bowl. Add salt,sugar and mustard powder.
Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Add the salad oil, half a teaspoon at a time,beating all the time with a wooden spoon. When all the oil is observed,add the lemon juice or vinegar.
Store in a refrigerator. Makes about 1 teacup.
