How do I persuade myself to calm down, relax and carry on with this essay?

A good way to calm yourself before an essay is to close your eyes and imagine yourself somewhere quiet, where there is a pleasant wind and nothing to see or hear about. Breathe in and out slowly and deeply. Open your eyes slowly until you feel relaxed and that there is nothing to get excited about.

When you do get hyper, high, or excited like this, it's called anxiety. There are many ways to avoid it. Have confidence in yourself, know that you can write this essay.

Don't rush. Take it slow, so you can think. Don't second guess yourself too much.

Imagine that you are taking this test in a beautiful, but quiet place. Calm yourself by counting to ten and breathing if you have too. Always move on.

If you get stuck, go back later. Watch your time, pace yourself. Don't panic.

Take the time to think and plan what you will write. Never rush through an essay. Have confidence in yourself.

Take care of your buisness. More.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
