Try a moist poultice of baking soda, cover and let work for a day or two. That might leach up the stain.
Try a weak vinegar solution tip 2 seems to be about furniture, not decking, but I added it in case it was of use. Tip 5 is for painted walls, but mentioned the greasy stain: Tip #2Wood Surfaces & Floors: To remove candle wax spills from wooden furniture or any type of wood surface, the first job is to soften the wax with a hairdryer set to medium heat. When the wax starts to melt wipe it off with a soft cloth.
Then wipe the area with a mild vinegar solution and polish as normal. Another great tip that has been sent in is to save your white dryer sheets. You know the ones that you place in your dryer.
When you have finished using them in the dryer they are ideal for cleaning wax from smooth surfaces such as glass, high gloss coffee tables, candle holders, glass candle holders etc. Simply keep wiping over the affected area until the wax disappears. It will leave glass sparkling. Tip #5Painted Walls: To remove wax from a painted wall or similar surface.
First melt the wax with a hairdryer and wipe away the excess. There may be a greasy mark left. You can remove this by wiping with a weak vinegar solution.

Make sure you only put the iron on the towel. It will melt the plastic deck.It should loosen the wax enough to get it off.

The brown paper (like a paper bag from the market) will really absorb the wax. Just keep checking and moving the paper as necessary.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
