Dave is right - but be aware that unless you have had a dead or disconnected battery this is the first of what may be a frustrating line of failures related to GM's Passlock system. Check out the sources for related tales of woe. The ignition cylinder has been implicated as a major point of failure but replacing it does not solve all the recurring Passlock woes.
I have seen no record of anybody being happy with replacement of the BCM to correct persistent Passlock lockouts. Note one of the sources recommends repeating the ten minute treatment a total of three times in a row, which seems to broaden the BCM's acceptance window of input from the ignition cylinder. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
