The manual is no help at all First find the links with arrows on them. You need to remove the pins from these links and the arrows show which way to push the pins to get them out. To push out the pins you need a small-tipped pin punch or jeweler's screwdriver.

Lay the watch down on its side on a hard surface with the arrows pointing down. Insert the tip of the screwdriver into the hole firmly to push the pin out. Put the pin somewhere safe.

Repeat for the other pin in the other side of the arrow-marked link you want to remove. To join the watch band back together, first flip the watch over so the arrows are pointing up. Now line up the holes and use your fingers to insert the pin rounded end first.

Push the pin in as far as you can with your fingers and push the pin the rest of the way in with the screwdriver or punch to seat it. When it's seated you should feel/hear a small click to let you know the pin has seated. Tip: only remove one link at a time from from one side of the bracelet and test fit the watch as you go.
