I'd say only eat two small meals a day of healthy foods and also do a bit of exercise daily. Eat as much fruit as you want. Only drink low calorie juices, diet or water.
Maybe treat your self once a week to some nice tasting food. Loosing weights just about will power. If you want it enough you will do it.
But it's really hard because foods so good.
Stop buying unhealthy food and swap for healthy food.
To stop eating fatty foods: 1. You must have self control. 2.
You must have discipline. 3. Make a plan for eating.4.Reward..MORE!
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
