How do wet and dry soils affect an ecosystem?
Clay soil as you may know is heavey and tends to stick together. Clay soils also tend to get very waterlogged. (You're probably wondering right now why haven't I gotten my answer yet?
Just sit still because I'm giving you backround information so that you understand it all. ) This makes clay soil hard to grow plants in and therefore, it affects the ecosystem because plants can't grow in it. So if you have sticky soil that's always moist and your wondering why your plants just died?!
