How do you curl your hair like this including the bangs? (pictures included)?

It looks likes she teases it and then curl it. To get curls you can use a curling iron or wash your hair put it in curlers and once it is dry take the curlers off and you will have curls. I don't know what else she does.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
