How do you get a kitten to stop biting?

They eventually grow out of it, but just tap their little paws, very lightly and firmly say NO while pointing. Believe me, I have had many kitties and most were even stray.

I am not saying to hit the kitty. I am talking about a tap and say no.

You do not let your kitten play with your hands EVER, hands are not toys, If he bites, pull your hands away, and in a loud sharp tone say OUCH or just HISS as his mother would do to correct him. Turn away and ignore him until he calms down. Never hit him, that just makes a head shy, nervous and even a mean cat.Be patient and be consistent with your training.

Reward good behavior.

Don't punish a cat, they don't learn that way. And they don't understand NO like a dog does. Ignoring them works best.

If it bites, walk away. I broke two of mine that way.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
