IN ACT 5 RIGHT BEFORE U GET IN THE MG REX and after you fight the suicide gekko you have to use CQC and grab him and stick him with the syringe so his nanomachines stop fuctioning and cant heal his wounds the just use the most powerful weapon available and GET SOME BABY!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
