You can make this delicious and greasy sandwich at home in a few quick steps. Microwave the pre-cooked corned beef or pastrami and the sauerkraut until hot, about two minutes on high. The grilling step will heat up everything in the sandwich, but you want to make sure everything is nice and hot.
