Now You Can Transform Ordinary Fabric Into a Handmade Quilt That Your Family and Friends Will Love, Admire and Cherish – Even If You Have Never Made a Quilt Before! Get it now!
Stuffed animals made from patchwork fabric can add a charming, rustic touch to any room. Use quilting scraps or purchased fabric for your animal. Choose a pattern for your stuffed animal.
Patterns can be found on the Internet, in fabric stores and in pattern books. Bears, elephants, and donkeys are all good choices! Start with a simple pattern and progress to more complex projects once you have gained some experience.
Purchase project items such as buttons, thread, yarn, fiberfill or other materials listed in the pattern instructions. Gather your fabric scraps, old clothes and/or purchased fabric. Make sure that all fabric has been prewashed.
Cut fabric into 2- to 3-inch squares and join them to make a piece of fabric large enough for your project. See "How to Make Patchwork" for instructions on cutting and piecing the patchwork squares. Proceed with the pattern instructions and use your patchwork fabric for the body of the stuffed animal in place of any other designated fabric.
