If you mean 'overeasy': Fry it on one side until it is done on that side, but not too brown. Flip it over for a few seconds until the white is done. Carefully remove it with a plastic spatula.
I would recommend a non-stick skilled and/or a sufficient amount of oil or butter. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with a fresh parsley 'bloom'.
Serve with buttered toast, a few strips of bacon or ham and, if desired, a bit of shredded cheese. If you want a bit of a kick to it, add a small dish of medium to spicy salsa.

Sure you can use a skillet to poach eggs, although I think its easier to use a deeper pot to poach eggs in, its just easier to work with. Here's a great Video which shows poaching eggs in a skillet.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
