Frangipani tree (plumeria obtusa/rubra) is a kind of tree that can be grown from cuttings,,, tree is established at the height of three meters, you can ball it out--dig the roots and transplant it--, some leaves and flowers may witered but it will survive-- it is a hardy tree, we as landscaper, do that, cutting and tranplanting more.
