Thank you so much for your very good points. Perhaps the 5 frangipani that I shipped from polinesian island had a temperature condition that were much higher temperature than in mediteranian during winter. So they were having problem in evolving so quickly in such a temperature difference.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
