First, it seems like Askville if far more likely to look at final scores of "weak" or "awful"...if you have an okay or good, don't get your hopes up for a rescore. Also, they're very backlogged on voting abuse reports (thanks mostly to a couple of cheaters about a month ago who caused rampant voting abuse problems). So don't expect a quick response.
Lastly, they only change final scores in very clear cut cases of voting abuse: where people are obviously cheating or where your score was much lower than someone who gave the exact same answer. In less clear-cut cases, they let the final scores stand. Take a look at the most recent blog entry where they detail their voting abuse response.
Having said all this, please, if you see voting abuse, I encourage you to report it. I just wanted to give you these warnings so you wouldn't expect an immediate response. Askville does occasionally overturn scores.

Make sure you understand how the voting procedure works. It’s possible, seeing as I don’t know the situation you are concerned about, that the abuse is just the way the system works. Sometimes it seems unfair, but when you find out how it all works you understand why it has to be that way.

When you see it Click on the "Report Abuse" link. Generally, I'd click on the one associated with the question. Here's an example from: askville.amazon.com/askville/AnswerViewe... In this case, I was reporting abuse because the asker and his friend had a ring of abuse going back for a long time.
Now, I have reported abused here and there, and never got a response until this time. In this case, I opened up both of their profiles, pulled up their question/answer history, and reported abused on 1 month's worth of questions where one would ask a question, his friend would answer it, and then they would both rate the other answers (even if they were the exact same one) as weak/awful. It was enough to ensure his friend got the best answer (since 99% of the other people here will vote fairly).
I had a response that night, which leads me to believe they take occasional reports with a wait and see attitude...probably goes on a bulletin board of post-it notes in the Askville offices...'watch this person'. But in the case of such a sheer number of reports of abuse (I probably did 30-50 in about 10 minutes), it caught their attention. From what I've heard of the last big voting scandal, the response was a little slow.
I have no personal experience of this, just what I've heard 2nd and 3rd hand. This time around, they jumped all over it. What got these two for me was a case where it was a really easy question, and the guy's friend got best answer.
Another person who posted the exact same answer got "Weak". From there, it was a domino affect. 67alecto's Recommendations Abuse Used from: $0.85 .
