How do you write an affidavit that shows that you know a certain person for two years or more?

Just imagine you are answering the question verbally. Put the date on the top of the document. Give the person's name and yours and give the date and place where you first met.

You can mention that they worked with you or went to school with you. Sign your name and put all of your contact information below that. A phone number and address should be enough.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
