How does dishonorable/other than honorable discharge from the military affect a person in the civilian world?

A Dishonorable Discharge is given by a General Court Martial, and is the equivalent of a felony conviction, Other than honorable discharges limit or exclude you from many or all veterans benefits. They are: General (Under Honorable Conditions), is an administrative discharge, and limits your benefits to the bare minimum, and can exclude you from reenlistment without getting a waiver or an upgraded discharge and is given for severe disciplinary problems such as drug abuse, false enlistment, etc., but the service member has otherwise had a good record. General Under Other Than Honorable Conditions(UOTHC) is used instead of a court martial, such as when a service member is arrested by the civilian authorities and convicted.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
