Keeping busy with another interest may distract from the addiction. Focusing on improving your body and mind through yoga or other exercise may keep your mind away from what is calling out to you as your addiction; but depending on what the addiction is to you may still need medical help to treat it.
Well it can relax the mind and help you to got to that place at times of erges and make you over all feel better body,mind,soul .
And my husbands past addictions are reappearing.
Actually, having been in rehab with yoga, it really eases your mind and body. One of the best things that happened in there. =) I do it at home now.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
