How healthy are nondairy milk substitutes?

A wander down the milk aisle in your local grocery store will present you with a plethora of nondairy milk substitutes: soy milks of all varieties and flavors, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk… the choices seem endless. All of them have been processed, many have been sweetened (even if using natural sweeteners), and none come close to reproducing the nutritional value of real milk. If pressed, I'd go with unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk, but neither would be a regular part of my diet.

Avoid soy milk in particular, as it is an unfermented and highly processed soy product that will be incredibly hard on your digestive system.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
