How is it possible for a seemingly unintelligent device in IT terms to connect to the internet?

When I try to tap the internet on my Zune HD it just gives me a blank screen and I have to restart it for it to work again. I read on here about reinstalling the software on my Zune but it won't work. Everytime I connect my Zune to my laptop my device says it's connected and the picture of my device is lit up on the screen but it says its not connected.
Anything on my device. Plus when I unplug my device from my computer it stays on the connected screen and I have to hit the power button for it to go back. I don't know what to do from here.
Do I just need to contact customer support?
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
