How many Conservatives knew that Ronald Reagan helped pass the 1994 Assault Weapons ban?

Even the Nazis arguments for a welfare state, gun bans, and restrictions on freedom were better than this. EDIT: No one is calling you a "commie". The form of socialism that progressives support is far closer to corporatist fascism... and with its extreme antisemitism, it seems far closer to a mix-economy National Socialism than to a classless form of socialism.

I'm not sure what anyone may or may not have called Regan. I do know I am against anyone infringing on Constitutional rights, regardless of what party they represent, or who they may be. I have a right to keep and bear arms and that right is not to be infringed "the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed" It does not specify what type of arms I may or may not keep and bear...it simply says my right to do so shall not be infringed.

I do believe an assault rifle ban would be an infringement. If not...please explain how it does not infringe.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
