How many downloads does a FREE iphone app need to get on the top 100 list for FREE apps?

In order to be a top 100, this cannot have a definite cutoff point (i.e. "once you get to 5,000 downloads, you make the top 100). What happens is that the total number of downloads of the application in the 100th spot is constantly increasing as more and more people download apps.

Here's a list of the top 100 paid and free apps, updated regularly, but you'll notice they don't bother reporting the total number of downloads: appshopper.com/bestsellers/free.

According to Pinchmedia, to be in the top 100 free apps in june 2008 you needed at least 1.000 downloads, but this number grew to 5.000 in early 2009 and will keep getting higher. I could not confirm but I understand this as downloads total.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
