How many people still have the mentality that job can be easily found if you look "hard enough"?

It takes the effort to research businesses, understand your own skill sets, where your qualifications and personality type will fit. It takes effort to be selective in your job search, applying to jobs that you have a 100% chance of getting based on your CV. It takes more effort to get a job effortlessly than it does to apply to numerous 'anything will do as long as it pays a wage' generic jobs.

Unless of course you get invited to dinner with a prospective boss and head-hunted.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
