How much interaction (if any) will new hires have with senior leadership, i.e. VPs or the CEO?

Our university talent often has the opportunity to interact with senior leadership. The University Summer Program includes a series called "EW Leaders - Unplugged". These sessions place our university talent and an executive leader in a small-group, interactive setting.

You will get an opportunity to learn about that leader's organization and have an opportunity to ask any questions. Additionally, Edwards’ leadership takes a lot of pride in their accessibility. Their doors are wide open.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
