Which college you go would not be relevant nor important. What is important right now is why you want to be either a CEO "of anything. " Such unfocused a goal means what you really want is to be important.Fine.
Pick a college and get an MBA (Masters in Business Administration. ) Which matters not because once your have your MBA, you go about getting hired by a business and proving your worth to them by making them money with your astute decisions and investments. Over time, such a record of astuteness causes the board of directors to want you to run the whole company because you'll obviously make them and everyone else a lot of money.
Yes, the board of directors appoints the CEO, and their appointment is based on track record in the business. They don't care what school the person attended because that was decades ago..
1 to be a CEO, you would be best served with a degree in business administration. You may have a bit of a misconception as to what a CEO does: the CEO is the person who makes the critical decisions related to the operation of a business. A complete understanding of the operation of the business is helpful, but an understanding of how to RUN a business is essential.

2 I take it that you are very young, or you would know that nobody steps right into a "CEO" position; you have to work your way up through the company ranks (unless you start your own company, of course). Your best major should be in a field that you would be most interested in being a part of. Certainly, business and management courses would help, too.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
