Not one penny. Fireworks frighten dogs and cats. We spend an evening trying to comfort our pets while people explode things all around us.
Worst few nights of the year when its firework season.
Absolutely nothing! In England fireworks night is on the 5th November, and here in Japan, fireworks season is in August.
That said, we might see a few official fireworks displays organized by the local government.
We usually only spend 20 dollars, I have small children that really are not into that kinda thing yet!
We don't spend anything on fireworks.. We like to be upbeat and celebrate the holidays but in a quiet, passive fashion at home with family.
Not a penny :) Too noisy anyway. Interesting to watch on TV though.
Absolutely zero. Too much noise and potential injuries with fireworks.
Well, I don't spend any money for fireworks on New Years. We stay in, play games, and watch fireworks on the tube. We prefer this as we are tuckered out after the holidays. It's nice just to stay home sometimes.
Zero dollars, it's more of a tradition for us to buy them on the fourth of July here in the states. We just watch others do so on the first!
As for charity I give all I can anytime I can!
Not a dime. My kids think I am hazardous to everone's helath behind the wheel. They would die of heart attacks if I announced I was going to shoot off fireworks.
I give regularly to a number of charities, mostly animal and wounded Veterans. My son came home from Afghanistan in one piece. I feel I should help those who didn't as much as possible.
I think by now most of you know how I feel about supporting homeless animals.
The sale of fireworks is banned in Ireland so not a cent..;-) As a child we spent New Year watching the fireworks explode between my mother and father usually but that's another story..;-).
If you decide that I have to spend lots of money on the fireworks then you have to find that which shop gives me the fireworks with different varieties in UK. Don`t worry 21ccfireworks.com/ will solved your problems because they are the best in firework display in Edinburgh.
I have never spent any money on fireworks on New Year's Eve before. 4th of July we spend maybe around $50, if that. I prefer to see them set off professionally anyhow, when the are much bigger and prettier!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
