With the media blackout following the election in Iran, the only source of news about what's going on in that country is via social networking sites. Are you following any of it? What sources are you following?

I discover a lot of news on Twitter, and review news on YouTube. Twitter provides a starting point and by looking there I may browse Digg. Com or New York Times or Google News.

I don't use YouTube to discover news, but at the end of the day or after a short time, I'll browse YouTube videos about the particular news event.
