This is called a negative calorie diet (though not all fruits and vegetables are negative calories). Most fruits and veggies burn more calories to digest than they actually amount to. For instance, if an apple is 40 calories and your body burns 100 calories to digest it, then, in theory, that apple is -60 to eat.
Keep in mind though that it's not a diet that should be exercised for long periods of time, and that eating just fruits and vegetables can make you very hungry, if you're not used to a large amount in your diet. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
