Every opportunity when I am issued with a polling card entitling me to vote, I will cast my vote. If one doesn't vote on a given opportunity, then how can that person comment on any issue that occurs as a result of that vote? Never waste your vote!
Since I turned 18 and was legally able to vote, I have voted in every local and general election. It's very important for everyone to vote and make a contribution to the way your country is run. Finding a party whos policies you like can be difficult but you need to research parties and find out what their aims are for the growth of the country.
I vote each time there is an election, whether it be local or national issues. I make it my business to become as informed as possible before an election about issues and candidates. I feel strongly that voting is my responsibility as a citizen.
I do vote, but our vote really only has weight at the local level. In the U.S. The only real vote we have is how we spend our money. Due to the electoral college...the popular vote means nothing in the U.S. .... it is just to make you feel like you are taking part in something.
But the winner is NOT based on the number of votes......then there is the "organization" which can overthrow even an electoral college decision...as in the case of George Bush Jr....the first time EVER the supreme court interfered with an election, and declared a winner....while barring votes from being counted.......Wake up Sheeple...we do not live in a free country...it has been hijacked by fascist corporate pigsBuy from small locally owned storesDo not buy goods made overseasbuy organic whenever possibledo not buy things in plastic containers when possiblesupport companies that are doing things right.
Whenever there is an election that matters, I don't just vote for voting sake, I vote to make my vote count.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
