Thumbs up to amy lynn for her explanation, though SOME type 2 diabetics DO experience frequent episodes of hypoglycemia due to the oral medications that they take ... at least, until such time as the medications and/or doses are reviewed by their doctor, or another member of their diabetes support group. (Some of the oral medications that type 2 diabetics take are called sulfonylureas, which stimulate the pancreas to produce more insulin.).
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
