I am to the point of being physically sick over what happened. No problem getting my merchandise or condition of items. There was a discrepancy in shipping charges though and I sent 3 messages to them, all of which went unanswered until I wrote one last message after receiving my items stating "I need to leave feedback from you but I'm feeling very negative right now because you would never answer my questions about the shipping".
Seller said "this is the first message I've received from you in 30 days". Well, it has not even been 30 days. Then I caught them in a lie when they started saying I said certain things in my messages like I told them to hold my invoice until I messaged them I was done.
I never said that. I ended up copying all of my messages and their nasty f/u to the message they finally answered. I ended up calling them an idiotic boob and suggested they take a reading comprehension class.

It is unfortunate that this happens... I logged in to my account and check reporting disputes and some other areas, there really is nothing that will assist one that was treated this way! The avenue for this is the feedback, I am not sure but I believe they can not see the rating on postage you can rate him honestly on all aspects of the transaction as it happened and check postage as poor or excessive! Doing this will keep your rating in excellent standing and unfortunately theirs as well!
At the same time telling all they over charge postage! There has always been a problem with excessive postage that's why we now can rate the postage charges! This is a tough call what does your rating mean to you, everything if your like me!
If you want everyone to know what kind of vendor he is and don't mind the hit let him have it, people will judge normally on how many negative votes there are and one will hardly keep them from doing business with you! Make sure you look at their rating before you choose, if they already have a lot of negative votes then add to it! I for one before bidding will check and if they have 5 or more and all comments are neg.
Then I will search more for a decent vendor! Try and shack it off there are nasty people the world round! Good luck with your decision!

Don't worry... If you bought the item recently, the seller can not leave feedback for you. Neg away. Be sure to bomb them on the four star thingies.
If they can NEG you, don't worry about it. You will not die, you will not have sellers canceling your sales. It is a meaningless exercise.
You are letting something that has no real meaning ruin your life. Leave them accurate feedback... Probably Neutral... Great item, Perfect description. Rude service.
Give them 4 x 1 stars and be done with it. If you want, leave the same feedback with a NEG. Hurts him a lot more than it hurts you.
Also, if he posts his shipping fees in his auction and they are excessive, you can report that to Ebay, and if they decide they are excessive, they will pull his items and possibly suspend him.
You can laugh now! EBay no longer permits sellers to leave negative feedback about buyers. Here is an article: arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20080206-e... Here are the salient points: In a post in the eBay Community Forum last week, Bill Cobb, president of eBay North America, laid out the rationale for the move."Overall, the current feedback system isn't where it should be," wrote Cobb.
"Today, the biggest issue with the system is that buyers are more afraid than ever to leave honest, accurate feedback because of the threat of retaliation. In fact, when buyers have a bad experience on eBay, the final straw for many of them is getting a negative feedback, especially of a retaliatory nature." So relax and have a good laugh at their expense!

EBay will give you the chance to answer any negative feedback against you. At least, they did have, the last time I looked. Why don't you (i) look to see whether they're a merchant making a living off eBay, and (ii) what their feedback looks like in general, and then specifically about disputes such as yours.
If they are a merchant, and you're just a regular eBay buyer, then they have much more to lose from your negative feedback than you have from theirs. So please stop thinking that they have a hold over you - it's the other way around, friend.
Charging like a penny for the item and a hundred bucks for shipping (or some other outrageous amount) is a common scam that sellers use to get out of paying certain eBay fees. EBay would like to know if sellers are doing this! If you feel it was this kind of situation, you can always report them as abusers of the system.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
