Maybe you should look into the listener object? Then you can easily set the listener's AL_GAIN with: alListenerf(currentSourceID, AL_GAIN, newVolume); – Jay Feb 21 at 5:29.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
