Bare with me as I do this on my own laptop but also by not restarting......First L Click on your windows icon. Left Click on the CONTROL PANNEL, Go to Apperance and Personalization. Choose CHange Desktop back ground and you can also see from that same area how to change any apperances on your laptop including handi capp help.
