I'm not a great believer in coincidences, but, I haven't had a mouth ulcer since, about, 1958 when I was 10, this morning, I woke up with one.
We used to use borax and honey, but I don't suppose we can buy that from the chemist now, probably banned by the health and safety panic brigade.
There is a few things you can do but generally I think it is just a matter of waiting it out. You could try rinsing your mouth with iced water which is supposed to help, and it is best to stay away from food that is likely to inflame the problem like spicy food or hot beverages.
All else I can recommend is good oral hygiene, and if you get them regularly then it may be best to see a doctor to see if it is related to anything more serious.
Try applying butter every few hours to treat it naturally.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
