What's the best cure for mouth ulcers?

I get them all the time, and am convinced that the best way to avoid them is eating plenty of fruits and veggies. But, once ya got em- YOUCH! My understanding as that they are viral in nature, and therefore there is no cure.

But you can try to make yourself more confortable till they go way with an array of different products. I like "Peroxil" rinse which works like a mouthwash and cools the entier mouth, but the feeling only last 45 min or so. Zilactin is a product I just discovered in the past few months and works like a bio-bandaid.

I will warn ya, it stings like the dickens at first, but once it sets, you will not know you have a ulcer. It will come off after eating and drinking and need to re apply. Both products can be found in most drug stores and some grocery stores.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
