I grill portobello mushrooms on my charcoal grill. I brush the mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper. I put aluminum foil on the grill rack, then lay the mushrooms on it for about 4 minutes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
