Spend time out in the outdoors (sunshine). Maintain good relationships. Refrain from too much alcohol.
Don't smoke or do drugs.
We have mind, body and Soul…A good MIND will make a good healthy body means you have to control your mind from various bad thoughts, discouragement, pessimism etc. Or any other negative emotions. Then came BODY, you have to maintain proper diet and exercise. And in the last you have to protect your soul means have to do positive things for others and make a good association with GOD.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
