How to make cheese from raw cow milk?

You can order cheesemaking supplies online. I got mine from cheesemaking.com. We've made several batches of mozzarella, and it's fun!

Basic steps: 1) add some citric acid to the milk, 2) heat the milk, 3) add rennet and rest it, 4) pull the cheese.

There's a little more involved than that, but we can make mozzarella in 45 minutes (and we're not very good at it yet). It's a fun thing to do for a "home made everything" meal. We did this and made home made pasta, sauce, cheese and bread.
