How to make sour cream from fresh cream?

I always make my own sour cream by just adding a few squeezes of fresh lemon juice until it tastes right. This is how we were taught to do it when I was attending my cookery classes. Regards.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
