You get a razor, you lather yourself up with shaving soap and you keep at it until you can do it without cutting yourself. Mmmm, I've been doing it since 1963 and I still ain't got it right:-).

Simple, try to make hair soft by lather or else for some minutes. When hair becomes soft enough then use your razor to cut through. Always try to use new blades or good quality razor.
