Protesters have to get permission to protest as they have to take place on certain days, at certain times and at certain areas so that the police know about it and can retain order just in case. If the police aren't there to escort the protesters it can escalate. As they need to be there the police have to determine which days and which areas so that they can organise the man power to perform their role.

Anyway protests have to be organised so that people turn up in the first place so its not that much of a big deal to tell the government about it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
