True fact..." Hmm. Interesting choice of words. In this case, we don't know all the facts.
We know what the media is telling us, and all of us here know that the media have an agenda, no matter who they are. The media has told us that there was an AR in the trunk of his vehicle. They've also told us there was an AR used.
They've also told us that there was NO AR AT ALL. Right now, it's too hard to sift through all the data we've been given to get to the bottom of it. That's even more difficult because certain members of our government have a vested interest in disseminating any information that may back up their political goals (i.e.
Total, albeit eventual, gun control), regardless of whether that information is accurate or factual. Just as an aside, here's something I saw posted on my Facebook feed a little while ago: http://www.assaultweapon.info Very good website that clearly explains things. Even a liberal could understand it.
When people feel the need to lie, you know they are wrong. That's what I tell the libs in Massachustan where I live that like Michael Moore. I stomached reading a part of one of his books, and found enough lies in the first 7 pages to choke a politician.
So I don't know, but would love the facts on this. Also, I wish they would stop caring and stop focusing on the weapon, and instead focus on the murderer. When will these gun control people realize 1.
That you can't keep guns away from murderers and 2. That even if you could, they are still murderers and will simply pick other weapons, like knives, bats, and explosives. Does anyone wonder how many people would have died in the theater or school if a truck bomb was used?
Not too hard to buy propane and gas tanks, stick them in a uhaul.....
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
