How would you react if your colleague takes the glory for your own ideas?

Well things like this happen, its best not to waste your time trying to re-claim stolen ideas, at least I wouldn't. To quote the end of the episode of "King of the ll" where Bobby runs a school carnival. Hank ll: "Aren't you upset they stole your idea and our getting credit for it?"

Bobby It's all about the results" Really in life, and more so in business its all about results. Even though this idea was stolen and the stealer got praise and promotion out of this, your friends sister knows the truth. Even though shes not getting credit for her idea, it resulted in a gain of some sort for her employer, which provides her with job security.

These ideas help everyone in the company, even if credit isn't given where its due and you don't get promoted because of it. Every time said boss gives a compliment to this idea thief, in the back of their head they still wish they would have come up with it, and know they aren't as smart as they seem. In the long run your friends sister will most likely be more successful because of her ability to create new ideas.

When the thief is asked for more creative input, they will draw a blank and may even be demoted.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
