You need a day to visit the consulate in Manila, and get a letter confirming you are "free to marry" Then you register at the local office where the marriage will take place. If that is near Manila, you might be able to do consulate and local office in same day. Then once you register you must wait for 10 days before having the wedding ceremony.

There is aten day waiting period once you get license you visit embassy one day and get afidavit get marriage lic next day then wait ten days but it is just as easy to get her here without marriage lic I know.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
